State pension news: Loophole exposes major flaw in Corbyn's WASPI pledge



JEREMY CORBYN was facing questions last night over whether Labour’s £58billion pension compensation pledge could trigger a series of claims from transgender people. The Labour leader has been struggling to explain how a future Labour government could fund his offer to pay up to £31,300 to so-called Waspi women born in the 1950s whose state pension has been cut by changes to the retirement date.
