Inheritance tax: Pressure mounts on Boris to raise threshold sparing 30,000 from levy

BORIS JOHNSON was under mounting pressure last night to include a pledge to slash inheritance tax in his General Election manifesto. It comes as the Daily Express reveals analysis which shows that raising the threshold to £1million will spare tens of thousands of families from paying the hated death duty every year.
