Ruth Davidson turns her back on £2,000-a-day PR job after political backlash

RUTH DAVIDSON has abandoned plans to take a £2,000-a-day second job with a leading lobbying firm following a furious Holyrood backlash. The former Scottish Tory leader said she and London PR firm Tulchan Communications had agreed “not to proceed with the appointment”.
