‘Not rely on one source!’ British expat in Ukraine plans evacuation as UK yet to contact



A BRITISH vlogger living in Ukraine told Express.co.uk he has not yet been told of any evacuation plans should Russia invade as he and other expats have drawn up their own plans following Western embassy staff being removed.
