Prince Charles NOT Queen to carry out first face-to-face investitures when they return



PRINCE CHARLES will deputise for the Queen and be the first royal to conduct face-to-face investitures when they return later this month. The move seems to hint the Queen's packed schedule is being pared back due to her age.
