Meghan Markle NEVER intended to exercise ‘royal restraint’ suggests ex-Downing Street aide



A FORMER top 10 Downing Street advisor has suggested Meghan Markle never "had any intention of exercising the restraint required as a member of the Royal Family" when she married Prince Harry in 2018.
