Prince Charles helps Welsh villagers hit by catastrophic flooding

Prince Charles offered help to flood victims in the Welsh valleys yesterday during a visit to the crisis-hit town of Pontypridd. He asked aides to speak to insurance companies to try to get financial assistance to those facing crippling bills after a week of devastation.
