PRINCE ANDREW should be subjected to a Parliamentary inquiry after an exposé into his business affairs, politicians said yesterday. A trail of emails appeared to show that the Duke of York allegedly exploited his taxpayer-funded role as Britain’s trade envoy to help a multimillionaire financier with whom he co-owned an offshore fund in the British Virgin Islands tax haven.
