Jeremy Corbyn appeared to admit he was electorally toxic after polling the worst ratings for an opposition leader on record. The Labour leader insisted the general election is “not about me” and urged voters to focus on other members of the party. Mr Corbyn launched Labour’s campaign with a spiteful class war rant as a key ally called for a ban on billionaires in Britain.
