Philip Hammond SMIRKS after Brexiteer Tories fail to vote down amendment on Brexit delay



CHANCELLOR Philip Hammond appeared to have a smirk on his face after Theresa May's huge victory in Parliament as MPs approved her plan on Wednesday night, which was only opposed by the hardline Brexiteers in her Party.
